RETURN POLICY
We are committed to your overall happiness with the products that you purchase from Jodo Custom Graphics therefore we are happy to assist you in any way we can if you are unsatisfied with your order once it arrives.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
​
Only items that are faulty/damaged or have faulty print can be returned. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damage/faults. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receiving your goods, this includes any faulty items.

Please understand that we cannot be responsible for:

Incorrect custom clothing ordered. Including Styles/Colours/Sizes

Garments shrinking in the wash.

Our size chart is available here though if you need any details of other brand sizes, we can provide them to you. Please take into consideration that the accepted tolerance for sizing is 2.5cm for half chest and length.
​
Garments will not shrink if the correct washing procedure is followed; our washing recommendations are here.
If the garment was washed correctly & you experience any problems with your garment, please contact us ASAP.

In the unlikely event you’re unhappy with your product please email the relevant photo(s) to jodocustomgraphics@gmail.com or call us on 0408213335 after receiving any damaged or incorrect items so we have the issue resolved for you as quickly as possible.

If we agree to replace an item, it will be for the same size/style/colour. We will require the faulty item to be returned. We will organise return postage for this. We will authorize a refund or online store credit if we are unable to replace or fix a faulty product. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receiving your goods, this includes any faulty items.

Jodo Custom Graphics take special care in packaging all soft items & wall decals in order to ensure safe transit from us to you, however in the unfortunate circumstances where an item arrives faulty or broken please notify us immediately, and once reviewed (we will require photos of packaging and product) we will help in arranging a replacement or repair for you.
CUSTOM ORDERS

​Upon placing an order, you will receive a quote/invoice with the details of the sizes and styles that you have chosen, we require you to check that they are all correct.
​
When we are designing for you, we will send you proof of your artwork.
We ask that you check that all spelling/ phone numbers/Website addresses/ Facebook & Instagram names are correct.
If you have approved your artwork, please understand that we cannot be responsible for:

Any mistakes in spelling, punctuation, grammatical errors, colours of font/font style.

Incorrect website/mobile/Facebook/Instagram names.

Incorrect Font styles/colours and layout.

Logo/Design placement & size if you have not requested them to be a certain size/placement.

If the artwork you provide is low quality, blurry or low resolution & results in a poor print.

10% difference in design printing colours & size.
-
10% difference in the actual garment colours.

Once you approve your design your order will move onto our production team.

If you would like changes to be made please contact us ASAP and if it has not moved to the printing line, we can advise you if we can make the changes you require. Additional charges to artwork may apply.
