At JODO we design and make each individual item as it is ordered.

We do not have stock sitting on our shelves, therefore turnaround times for our orders may vary.

Orders are generally processed, printed & dispatched within 7 business days.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom orders,  we will provide you with a quote for shipping, you also have an option to pick up your order which of course if at no cost.

​

Preparing artwork & the ordering of custom sizes of clothing will be discussed at the time of your order. Delays that we may experience from our suppliers are out of our control though we will communicate with you every step of the way. 

 

Be assured that we spend the time to carefully make your order and do our best to despatch within the agreed timeframe.

Please note that if you require an order urgently, email us at jodocustomgraphics@gmail.com and we will do our best to get it to you in time.

Once your order is completed, we will send you a tracking number for your items.

We use Australia Post for all our standard and express shipping for our premade designs. Postage costs are $9.95 for standard post & $18.95 for Express Postage to any location in Australia.
